BOCA Group is currently overseeing a 10-elevator modernization project at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel - a 41-story luxury hotel located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, right near Central Park.
As the vertical transportation consultant, BOCA Group is managing the project through a general modernization scope. We are currently in the project’s mid-phase, a contractor has been selected, and engineering is actively underway.
The project’s key upgrades include the installation of new elevator machines, motion control engineering systems, and all new fixtures. The completion of this project is expected in 2028.
