BOCA Group has been selected as the vertical transportation consultant for the modernization of the iconic, five-star Four Seasons Hotel, located at 57 East 57th Street. This prestigious 52-story property is undergoing a comprehensive modernization involving the upgrade of 16 elevators. As part of our role, BOCA Group is responsible for developing the elevator modernization specifications, which include the installation of non-proprietary equipment such as the main machine, controller, cables, and door components. 

Though the project is still in the early stages, as of October 2024, the elevator contractor has been chosen. Our team will be working with the elevator contractor to ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
