BOCA Group is proud to provide vertical transportation consulting services for the Children’s Medical Center in Plano, Texas. Our team provided expert guidance on setting up a maintenance contract, including 33 elevators, a potential EMS upgrade, and the full modernization of four elevators at the 5301 Legacy building. 

As part of our comprehensive maintenance and modernization process, BOCA Group managed the collection of contractor bids, coordinated interviews, and assisted in the vendor selection process. For this project, we have conducted in-person interviews with three contractors, during which we requested best and final pricing from each firm. Following the final submission of proposals, our team facilitated a strategic discussion with the client to evaluate which vendor would be the most suitable for the project. Once selected, BOCA Group will proceed with assisting in drafting the contract and preparing for a successful project kick-off.
