BOCA Group provided elevator and escalator commissioning services for nine elevators at 2150 North Miami, also known as Highley House, a modern mixed-use building in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The building features 304 residential units, Class A office space, as well as retail space. 

As part of our commissioning scope, once a modernization is completed, BOCA Group conducts a detailed punch-out of the elevators according to specification. Our team verifies that all elevator upgrades and installations meet code requirements, project specifications, and safety standards, ensuring proper ride quality and system performance prior to operation.
