Principal

Sam joined BOCA Group in 1999 to manage all of the company’s major construction projects, after managing several large commercial development projects in the New York and New Jersey region for a large construction management firm.  He also previously managed all construction projects for MetLife’s New York City properties, providing support to both landlord and tenants for millions of square feet of class ‘A’ commercial property.  Sam is currently the principal in charge of BOCA Group’s Project Management Division, which handles many different types of projects through in-depth knowledge and experience.

 

Sam holds a Master’s degree in civil engineering with a concentration in project management and has been involved with the construction and engineering industries since graduating from Rutgers University in 1994.
