Steve Spampinato is a partner in BOCA Group and has worked in the vertical transportation industry since 1977. His responsibilities include oversight of field operations in the northeastern portion of the United States, as well as elevator cost estimating. Before joining BOCA Group, Mr. Spampinato was the modernization manager for a major New York City elevator contractor.
Mr. Spampinato is a QEI certified elevator inspector and a New York City Licensed Private Elevator Inspection Agency Director.
Frank A. Campise, Jr.
Frank Campise is a partner in BOCA Group and manages the central United States, where he is responsible for field surveys and evaluations, QEI inspections, and modernization project management. Prior to joining BOCA Group, Mr. Campise worked in sales for two major elevator equipment manufacturers and was an assistant general manager for a major global commercial real estate services firm. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business and architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. A Class A member of the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities, Mr. Campise is a licensed QEI inspector in Illinois, Texas, the city of Houston, Florida and New York.
Robert Wernon is in charge of all field operations for the northeast region. Aside from being responsible for all field operations, Mr. Wernon is also involved with project management, account management and cost estimating. Mr. Wernon has worked in the vertical transportation industry for more than 18 years. Before joining BOCA Group, Mr. Wernon worked in the maintenance and repair departments for a major New York City elevator contractor.
Mr. Wernon is a QEI certified elevator inspector and a New York City licensed private elevator inspector.
Robert Stroud is responsible for field surveys and evaluations, QEI inspections and modernization project management in the central portion of the United States. Prior to joining BOCA Group, Mr. Stroud worked in sales and operations management for a major vertical transportation equipment company, where he began his career by applying his skills as an elevator technician and mechanic. Mr. Stroud holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Quachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and a certified mechanic license from the IUEC Mechanic School in Dallas. He is a QEI inspector with licenses in Texas, the city of Houston, New York and Illinois, and is a member of the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities.
Edward J. Pleban
With more than 34 years of experience in the elevator industry, Ed Pleban has held a variety of managerial roles in the elevator industry, both in the domestically and Internationally. He joined BOCA Group in 2005 and currently is responsible for the west portion of the United States.
Mr. Pleban holds a bachelor of science degree from Penn State University, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. and an MS from the University of Colorado. and is affiliated with BOMA (Building Owners and Management Association) International, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), SMA (Stadium Managers Association) and IFMA (International Facility Management Association, APPA.
Terry Wernon is a Marketing Executive and has been with the firm since graduating from the University of Arizona in 2009. Mr. Wernon is responsible for growing the firm’s new business, as well as the maintenance of existing accounts. Mr. Wernon has been educated and trained in the fields of finance, sales and marketing.
