THIRD-PARTY INSPECTIONS

To ensure that elevator and escalator systems are safe and operable, many states and cities – including Illinois, Florida and New York – require annual audits by a licensed third party. BOCA Group’s locally QEI licensed inspectors provide comprehensive inspections for all types of elevator and escalator systems nationwide. We are one of New York City’s leading third-party inspection agencies, conducting testing on more than 4,000 devices every year in this city alone. Using our own proprietary inspection software, we track and document all inspections, ensuring full compliance with local requirements, as well as careful follow up to correct deficiencies that could affect safety, functionality or code compliance.
