BOCA Group Provides Consulting for Park LaBrea

Park LaBrea, an iconic residential community just outside of Beverly Hills, California has chosen BOCA Group, the nation’s leading elevator and escalator consulting firm, to provide vertical transportation services for their residential towers. The community is the largest housing development in the U.S. west of the Mississippi River and features more than 4,000 units and 18 towers. The community was built just after World War II and was designed by Leonard Schultz & Son in 1941. The design was inspired by the innovative housing of Le Corbusier in Paris, which boasts a series of towers with common area courtyards. BOCA Group will be providing audits and evaluations for 36 elevator cars, as well as coordination of other elevator-related efforts starting in 2014.

According to Edward Pleban, Executive Vice President of BOCA Group West, “To provide our services for one of the most notable developments in the Los Angeles skyline is truly an honor for our company.
